Student needs a co-signer for them to be eligible for the card. There is a 0% intro APR on purchases within six months and a standard variable APR of 15.99%-24.99%

  1. Capital One Platinum Secured Credit Card 

With the card, there are no hidden, and you can put in a refundable security deposit of $49 to receive a $200 initial credit line. You don’t need a new deposit to match the new credit limit. After making your first six payments, you will be eligible for a credit limit increase with no additional deposit required. The credit needed is limited/bad, and the annual fee is $0 with a standard variable APR of 28.49%.
